TheONLY-1 International Pte Ltd owner of cc4net
Skype: Skype.com
webiste of an independent company offering VoIP and
other services. CC4NET is not affiliated with Skype or
Skype.com at all.
Client(s) or
Customer(s): A
person or company who purchases Skype e-vouchers or
credits at cc4net.com.
TERMS
This is a legal governing contract
between Company and
Client(s) for the provision of services being offered
through CC4NET.
By becoming a a client you automatically testify to be of legal age and resident in a country where using
such services is not forbidden and does not violate the laws
and regulation of the jurisdiction. Client(s) is claiming
total eligibility for any liability arising from this claim
being false.
SERVICE & PRODUCT
Client(s) agrees that the
Company or CC4NET is NOT a telecommunication company and does not offer
VoIP services itself.
CC4NET is a provider of ecommerce services such as Skype
credits/e-vouchers to it's customers but does not operate
any telecommunication services itself.
The Company is operating CC4NET e-voucher/credit service that
enables clients to credit their Skype account only.
USE OF
SERVICE
Frequently Asked
Questions: statements provided in the FAQs & disclaimer section of
CC4NET website are also part of this agreement.
WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES AND DISCLAIMERS
User understands and accepts that
it is strictly forbidden to make use of the CC4NET service
in order to for any
illegal purpose or criminal activity of any nature.
CC4NET shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that all
orders are processed in a timely manner. However,
CC4NET makes no representations regarding the amount of
time needed to complete processing, nor shall CC4NET be
liable for any actual or consequential damages arising from
any claim of delay or use of CC4NET service. Furthermore
CC4NET makes no
representations or warranties as to continuous,
uninterrupted or secure access to the CC4NET or Skype service, which
may be affected by factors outside of CC4NET control, or
may be subject to periodic testing, repair, upgrade or
maintenance.
CC4NET shall in no way, and under no circumstances, be
liable for any damages or losses, including without
limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, special,
incidental or punitive damages deemed or alleged to have
resulted from or caused by but not limited to the following
scenarios:
• client(s) / customer(s) will bear any additional charges
needed to send payments to the Company
for purchase of Skype credits/e-voucher.
• CC4NET will not be held responsible for any failure of
Skype service itselt or quality of their service
any time.
• client(s) is fully responsible to keep e-vouchers details safe and secure.
CC4NET is not held
responsible if Skype e-vouchers or credits are compromised or stole,
any losses or damages will
not be the liability of Company.
• any errors or omissions in the website content
• the misuse of the web site content or the inability of any
person to use the site
• delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from
failure of any telecommunications or any other
data
transmission system and the failure of the central computer
system or any part thereof
• any results of any acts of Government or authority, any
act of God or force majeure
CC4NET service is limited to providing client(s) with
a e-voucher facility and does not ensure the quality, safety
or legality of Skype service customer(s) is undertaking.
CC4NET does not have any responsibility for any goods or
services for which Customer pays using the CC4NET's provided
e-voucher or credits
and will not be liable for any charges, taxes or other
duties in relation to such goods or services.
Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold
CC4NET harmless against any claim brought against CC4NET
by a third party resulting from Customer's use of CC4NET's
Skype e-voucher/credit services in respect of all losses, actions,
proceedings, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities
whatsoever suffered and howsoever incurred by CC4NET in
consequence of Customers non observance or breach of these
terms and conditions.
AMENDMENTS
Customer agrees that this
agreement may be updated, amended or clauses changed without
prior notice to the Cardholders.
